Refund Policy

Change of mind

Our returns policy is effective for 30 days from your date of purchase. We can offer an exchange or refund within this period for certain product categories such as supplies or boxes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, undamaged and in saleable condition.

The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item and these charges are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and funds will be transferred back onto the same method as the payment.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not offer an exchange or refund for:

  • The seal of the product has been opened or tampered with and item is brand new 

  • The 30-day return period has lapsed

  • Without a proof of purchase

  • For single card purchases or graded card purchases
     

Before sending the item please contact us at support@eastsidecollectables.com.au to request the return and details will be provided.


Damaged items

 

If your purchase arrives damaged from transit, for example, the box is crushed or damaged. Please contact Eastside Collectables immediately, do not open the item. We will arrange an exchange or refund in accordance with consumer law.
