Shipping Policy

Free Australia Express shipping


All orders over $100 are eligible for FREE Express shipping within Australia. We use Australia post as our mail carrier.




Dispatch times


We try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and generally dispatch orders on the next business day or same day depending on when the order is placed.




Shipping


We offer a range of Australia wide and International shipping methods to suit all needs. All our items are carefully packed and well protected when shipped. Our main transport carrier is Australia post who offer a fast and reliable service. International orders are sent using Australia post then assigned to a local carrier once they arrive in the destination country.




Single and graded card shipping


We offer flat rate shipping for singles card of $3 for unregistered with no tracking or $9 for a tracked parcel. Cards over $100 will be sent free by express post.




Parcel lockers


For orders under $100 unfortunately we do not send to parcel lockers. If an order under $100 is placed to one of these addresses we will be in contact to arrange an alternative mailing address.




Sydney Pick-up service


We now offer a Sydney pick up service. Simply purchase online and pick up next day from a parcel locker at Westfield Eastgardens (near Maroubra).

A text message with a pick up code will be sent to your mobile when the order is ready to collect.

The POPSTATION lockers are located on Level P3 of Westfield Eastgardens (152 Bunnerong Road Eastgardens NSW 2036). Take the escalators to the right of Woolworths and look for the blue lockers.





Refund Policy

Change of mind


Our returns policy is effective for 30 days from your date of purchase.We can offer an exchange or refund within this period for certain product categories such as supplies or boxes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, undamaged and in saleable condition.

The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item and these charges are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not offer an exchange or refund for:

  • The seal of the product has been opened or tampered with
  • The 30-day return period has lapsed
  • Without a proof of purchase
  • For single card purchases or graded card purchases
Before sending the item please contact us via support@eastsidecollectables.com.au to request the return and details will be provided. Refunds will be proccessed back to the same method of payment as the original transaction.




Damaged items


If your purchase arrives damaged from transit, for example, the box is crushed or damaged. Please contact us via support@eastsidecollectables.com.au immediately, do not open the item. We will arrange an exchange or refund to the original payment method in accordance with consumer law.

Pre-order or Back-order items


Items listed as pre-order on the website will be available for shipping around the timeframe specified. On occasions we experience situations where releases are delayed by the supplier or delays in transit. We will do our best to get the item to you as quickly as possible.

If an item has been placed on back-order we will be in contact with you to discuss an estimated date of delivery.




Discount Code and Coupon Usage


Please note that all Discount Codes, Coupons etc. cannot be used in conjunction with any other code or offer. Eastside collectables reserves the right to cancel orders that may be in breach of this.




Payment options


We accept all major payment options including; debit and credit cards, Paypal and After-Pay
